Access Ohio 2050 - Round 2 Engagement Survey
Access Ohio 2050 (AO50) is Ohio's long-range, multi-modal transportation plan, developed by the Ohio Department of Transportation, that will Guide the state’s transportation policies, Inform investment decisions, and Support the work already being done to prepare Ohio’s transportation system for the future.
The AO50 project team has developed 11 Draft Strategies to advance the plan's four goals of: Safety, Preservation, Efficiency, and Mobility.
The draft strategies are high-level statements that provide direction for the plan but stop short of defining detailed action items.
Note: AO50 is a plan for the entire transportation system, inclusive of portions not owned or operated by ODOT. ODOT will partner with other regional and local transportation agencies to advance the final strategies. Therefore, all the strategies begin with “Ohio will …” signifying that Ohio agencies will work together to advance the strategies, not just ODOT. Individual action items will be developed later from the final strategies and will document the lead and partnering agencies for each action item.
