Implement applicant attestation of site plan completeness and accuracy upon intake

Initiative Statement

By January 2024, the existing completeness check certification statement and attestation statement will be reviewed for efficacy and recalibrated to support the completeness and accuracy of application packets at intake.

Work on this initiative has ended. After evaluation, the initiative team determined that the current attestation protocol was sufficient.
