This request would allow for a residential, retail, and office uses, where only residential uses are currently permitted. The request would also increase the allowable height from 3 to 12 stories. Proposed zoning conditions prohibit adult establishments and tobacco retail.
Existing Zoning: R-6 & R-10 w/SHOD-1

Proposed Zoning: CX-12-CU
