3000 & 3010 Rock Quarry Rd (Z-12-23)

This request would allow for a residential, retail, and office uses, where only residential uses are currently permitted. The request would also increase the allowable height from 3 to 12 stories. Proposed zoning conditions prohibit adult establishments and tobacco retail. 

 

  • Existing Zoning: R-6 & R-10 w/SHOD-1 

The existing zoning is Residential 6 (R-6) and Residential 10 (R-10), with a Special Highway Overlay District). For more information on residential districts, see UDO Section 2.1. For more information on overlay districts, see UDO Chapter 5. 

Proposed Zoning: CX-12-CU 

The proposed zoning is Commercial Mixed Use-12 Stories with Zoning Conditions (CX-12-CU). See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts.
