This request would allow for certain uses currently prohibited by the site's existing NX- zoning. The request would remove the Transit Overlay District (-TOD) from the site. Proposed conditions prohibit or limit certain uses normally allowed in CX- and establish standards for vehicle fuel sales and car washes.
