This request would increase the maximum building height from 20 to 40 stories with conditions. The following uses are prohibited on the site: (i) Adult establishment; (ii) Detention center, jail, prison; (iii) Light Manufacturing; (iv) Vehicle repair (minor); and (v) Vehicle repair (major).

The proposed zoning is Downtown Mixed Use-40 Stories (DX-40) with Urban Limited (UL) and zoning conditions (CU). See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts. See UDO Section 3.4 for more information on frontages.
Proposed zoning conditions prohibit uses including detention center, jail, prison, vehicle repair (minor and major), and others that would otherwise be allowed by right.
