DAQ PUBLIC NOTICE - RULES
30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR REVISIONS TO EXISTING CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATIONS (AQRS)
The Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing the following updates to the AQRs.
Amending:
- Section 13: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants
- Section 14: New Source Performance Standards
- Section 122: Reasonably Available Control Technology for Major Stationary Sources in HA 212
You can view the draft regulations on DAQ's website. The public comment period will start Friday, September 11, 2026, and will close Friday, October 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PST.
