Traffic calming measures should incorporate use of the road by cyclists. If speed humps are more difficult for cyclists then speed cushions or horizontal calming devices should be considered.

Can we at least paint the whole speed bump yellow or some bright color that is noticeable in low visibility conditions. That’s the only gripe I’ve had with the other speed bumps installed in other locations around Raleigh.
