Grier Heights Park

Grier Heights Park is an existing 6-acre Mecklenburg County Park located at 3110 Leroy Street, Charlotte, NC 28211 adjacent to Billingsville Cotswold Elementary School. The park includes baseball fields, ½ court basketball, amphitheater (recently renovated in late 2023), community gardens, playground and a picnic shelter.

This Improvement project may include a new picnic shelter, new play equipment, expanded community gardens, fitness stations, new signage, and an accessible bike/pedestrian connection to Briar Creek Greenway. The final list of park improvements will be determined from community feedback.
