The ground floor plan for the proposed development of 47 townhouses shows driveways providing entry and exit to the development on N. Taylor Street and Cherry Hill Road. An inset from the Langston Boulevard Area Plan Street Network Map shows two proposed alleys or service roads, intersecting perpendicularly, in the development.

Open Space and Landscaping

 

A map from the Langston Boulevard Area Plan and a ground floor plan of the proposed development show a proposed public open space of 9,805 square feet on the eastern boundary of the site, along N. Taylor Street.

Green Building and Sustainability

 

Green Building

  • The applicant is evaluating options for green building certification.
  • For site plans without additional density, the Green Building Incentive Policy requires LEED Silver certification, 10 years of energy reporting, and minimum energy optimization performance.
