The Heart of Texas Council of Governments is developing a Regional Digital Opportunity Plan to better understand internet access and digital needs across Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan counties.

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and you may skip any question you do not wish to answer unless it is marked as required. Information collected through this survey will be analyzed and reported in summary form. Personal or location-specific information will be treated as confidential and will not be published or publicly shared in a way that identifies you or your household.
