Fairfax County is in the very early concept stage of exploring the possibility of redeveloping the Chantilly Regional Library site to include a new regional library, affordable housing, and a new technical operations facility.  At this stage, no final plan or design has been developed. No RFP has been issued, and no developer has been selected. The County is beginning the public input process to better understand community priorities, questions, and concerns. You can view the presentation from our first community meeting, held on Thursday, July 16 at the Chantilly High School Auditorium, by clicking on the Meetings tab. Another community meeting is planned for later this Fall. Questions and comments may be sent to rha@fairfaxcounty.gov. We recognize that the community has many questions, and we hope this webpage will help provide information and keep residents updated as the project progresses.
