What is the project?
The City of Cleveland, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), is proposing a project to improve the intersection of Columbus Road, Carter Road and Franklin Boulevard in the City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County. The project will remove and replace concrete pavement at the intersection, including installing new curb ramps, drainage improvements, pavement markings, and signage. n. Other work includes trail connection along Franklin Boulevard to Redline Greenway.
