Project Description: Reconstruct the Parks Highway from Milepost 315 to Milepost 325 (Fairbanks North Star Borough Boundary), including the replacement of Little Goldstream Creek Bridge #678 at Milepost 315. The project will include bridge work, roadside hardware, drainage improvements, and utilities. Proposed improvements will be constructed in logical stages.
