The mission of the Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (HPARC) is redeveloping and activating the site of the 1968 World’s Fair into a series of three parks in the heart of San Antonio.

HPARC meets on the second Friday every other month on odd-number months at Hemisfair offices.
