Antioch Pike Tactical Urbanism + Open Streets
Nashville Department of Transporation and Multimodal Infrastructure is working with Walk Bike Nashville and the Civic Design Center on creating temporary healthy built environment interventions and activations that could inform lasting change on Antioch Pike.
Volunteer:
The Public Life Study evaluates how people move and experience spaces as it is functioning. This is done through pedestrian and cyclist counts, and activity mapping. We need your help to monitor spaces along Antioch Pike and inform the future design of this street through surveying efforts. A Virtual Training session will take place Monday, September 23rd from 12:00 – 12:30pm to teach you how to survey for the Public Life Study. If you are unable to make this time, we will send you a recording of the training but this will be a good chance to ask questions about the process.
Each session will be 2 hours. All participants must be prepared to walk at least 1 mile during this session. Survey forms, clipboards, writing utensils, and safety vests will be provided.
Fill out the forms below to sign up for one or both sessions.
