Project Description: This project reconstructs and upgrades a 12-mile segment of the Sterling Highway. It includes widening the highway, creating passing lanes, resurfacing, adding scenic turnouts, improving drainage, making minor realignments, and updating configurations to meet AASHTO geometric standards. Replace Anchor River culverts (#4020) with a new three-span bridge over the North Fork Anchorage River (#1937) and replace the South Fork Anchorage River Bridge (#666)
