The existing zoning is Residential-30 District. The Wake County UDO describes this district as residential districts. Proposed Zoning: R-6-CU
The proposed zoning is Residential-6 (R-6), with conditions (CU). For more information on residential districts, see UDO Chapter 2.
Proposed conditions prohibit the cemetery use.
