Z-22-26 Bragg St & S East St Assemblage 

This request is a conditional use request to rezone approximately 0.93 acres near the intersection of Bragg Street and S East Street. The request would rezone the site from Residential-10 with a Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (R-10 w/NCOD) to Residential-10-Conditional Use (R-10-CU). The request would remove the South Park Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District requirements from the site. Conditions would regulate the extent of the front yard setback, limit the location of primary entrances, and prohibit front yard parking for buildings that are not single-unit.
