4619 Ehrlich Road Purchase Engagement

Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation is considering purchasing a 0.23-acre parcel at 4619 Ehrlich Rd., Tampa, FL 33624 from the U.S. Department of Transportation. The property is next to Country Place Park East and Brushy Creek.

The goal is to preserve open green space and maintain additional park space in the community. The County is seeking public opinion on the purchase of the property. Currently, there are no plans or funding to develop this parcel or the existing park.

Residents can provide their feedback from Monday, Sept. 8, to Monday, Sept. 22, 2025.
