The current zoning in this area permits a range of uses and generally allows heights up to three stories, with up to two additional stories allowed with the provision of affordable housing. The intersection is zoned for commercial mixed-use and neighborhood mixed-use. Zoning within half a mile of the station is residential and industrial mixed-use zoning along Beryl Road. What, if any, changes to the existing zoning would support the type of neighborhood you would like to see here?
