This request would remove the Airport Overlay District (AOD) from the site, which prohibits residential uses. It would also remove the Special Highway Overlay District-2 (SHOD-2) from the site. Compared to existing zoning, the request would increase the number of residential units that could be built and decrease entitlement for office, retail, and industrial uses. This request is for a general use district and no zoning conditions are proposed. 

Existing Zoning: Industrial Mixed Use, 3 stories, with Airport Overlay District and Special Highway Overlay District-2 (IX-3-CU w/AOD & SHOD-1).  

Proposed Zoning: Residential Mixed Use, 3 stories.
