Establish gold standard training ground
Initiative Statement
Cross-departmental training standards for onboarding of new employees will be developed and the "Land Development Academy" training program will be redesigned and launched for internal and external stakeholders to provide insight into the site plan review process for both internal and external stakeholders by October 2024.
