Data Centers Workgroup
Frederick County Executive Jessica Fitzwater created the Data Centers Workgroup to examine existing laws and other issues related to the relatively new and rapidly changing industry. The workgroup serves two main functions: receiving public testimony about the data center industry, and developing and publishing the group's findings and recommendations. The group will hold public meetings, and public comments will be accepted through this portal.
