Z-18-24: 120 Rush St.
This request would allow for more building types, including apartments and townhomes; greater unit density for residential and office uses, or combinations thereof; and increase the maximum allowable height from 3 stories to 5 stories. It would also prohibit the following uses: cemetery and outdoor sports or entertainment facility (>250 seats). Compared to existing zoning, the request would allow for a wider variety of residential uses and fewer industrial uses. The request would maintain the Transit Overlay District over the site.
