The applicant, Pisgah Surveying, PLLC, has submitted a request for Preliminary Site Plan Review for 1910 Haywood Road a proposed minor planned residential development located at 1910 Haywood Road. The proposal includes the addition of two 2,240 square-foot residential structures on lots of approximately 0.28 and 0.31 acres. The existing site is 2.28 acres with five buildings, consisting of one single-family home and four duplexes, zoned R-15.  

The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing the preliminary site plan for compliance with the City's Land Development Code and other applicable regulations. Preliminary approval establishes the overall design and layout of the development and allows the applicant to proceed with final site plan review, provided the final plans are consistent with the approved preliminary plan and any conditions of approval.
