The request would rezone approximately 7.95 acres from Residential-2 with Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (Trailwood) and Special Residential Parking Overlay District & Residential-4 with Special Residential Parking Overlay District (R-2 w/NCOD & SRPOD and R-4 w/SRPOD) to Residential-10 Conditional Use (R-10-CU). The proposed conditions would limit total unit count to 156 dwelling units and require that the average rent is affordable for households earning 60% or less of aream median income. Additional conditions require a 20,000 sq ft lot size and 100 ft of frontage per lot.
