The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking public input on a draft design to replace the Elliott Bay Fishing Pier. The existing pier has been closed since 2016 due to safety concerns. Comment is open through Dec. 15, 2024. The new fishing pier is proposed to be built within the footprint of the current pier to minimize environmental impacts.
