The Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments and Households (ENOUGH) Initiative is a program created by Governor Wes Moore to help communities across the state of Maryland find ways to fight poverty in their neighborhoods. The ENOUGH Theory of Action includes three pillars to focus community conversations and guide the development of a Neighborhood Action Plan to mitigate child poverty.

Frederick ENOUGH Initiative

The Frederick County ENOUGH Initiative is a plan to help end child poverty in the city’s lowest income neighborhoods. This plan is being created with input from people who live along the Golden Mile, along with help from government and private organizations. This year, there will be meetings in neighborhoods along the Golden Mile. These meetings will give people a chance to share their ideas on why poverty exists in their communities. The information gathered will be used to create a detailed plan to help end poverty in these areas.
