This request would increase the number of units that could be built and increase the permitted height from five stories to twelve stories. Zoning conditions will require at least one entrance facing Kelley Austin Drive, require direct pedestrian access from the public sidewalk to the main entrance of the building facing Kelley Austin Drive, limit on-site parking between the building and Kelley Austin Drive, and prohibit various uses otherwise allowed in the CX- base zoning district.
