Below are the project goals guiding the Cibolo Unified Development Code (UDC) Rewrite. These are not listed in order of priority, as each plays a critical role in shaping a stronger, more sustainable Cibolo. 

Why This Matters

Rewriting the City’s UDC will provide a solid regulatory foundation to support Cibolo’s continued growth while ensuring development is aligned with community values, goals, and expectations. It will help make the development process more transparent, efficient, and responsive—for residents, business owners, and future generations.
