This request is to remove the Parking Limited frontage, which would expand the types of buildings allowed on the site. Currently, townhomes, apartments, civic buildings, and open lots are allowed. Under the proposed zoning, detached and attached single-family homes and tiny houses would also be allowed. See UDO Sec. 1.4.2 for a table of building types allowed by district.
Existing Zoning: RX-4-UL
The existing zoning is Residential Mixed with Urban Limited Frontage. (RX-4-UL). See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Residential Mixed Use and UDO Section 3.4 for information on frontages.
Proposed Zoning: RX-4
The proposed zoning is Residential Mixed Use-4 Stories with zoning conditions (RX-4). See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts.
