W. 64th Sub-Area Planning Process

In early 2024, the City of Arvada initiated a sub-area planning effort for the W. 64th Avenue Sub-Area, which is generally defined as the area along W. 64th Avenue between Simms Street and Yank Way. In order to meet and exceed the needs of community members living and working in this area of town, the City is conducting a series of community open houses and surveys to guide the creation of the sub-area plan, which will steer future development in this area. This is the first survey in a series of surveys that will be featured on SpeakUp Arvada.
