Z-39-24: 8415 Honeycutt Rd 

This request would increase the residential entitlement on the site, allowing for more housing units. Proposed zoning conditions would allow no more the 56 dwelling units, prohibit the apartment building type and various uses allowed in the proposed zoning district, allow the property to be exempt from UDO Section 8.3.2 Block Perimeters and 8.3.4.C Stub Streets, and require a 5-foot-wide path from Chatterson Drive to the internal pedestrian network

Proposed Zoning: R-6-CU w/FWPOD
