The request would allow for a variety of residential living: single-unit detached, two-unit attached, townhomes, and multifamily apartment buildings. There are no proposed zoning conditions.

  • The existing zoning is Residential-10 with a Special Residential Parking Overlay District (-SRPOD) and zoning conditions.
