Fulton Street (Plymouth to Worcester)

Construction is expected to start at the end of March 2026. 

The project will install sidewalks on the north side of Fulton Street from Plymouth Avenue to Worcester Drive.  This work will require some tree removals. New trees will be planted with the project.

This will fill in the gap in the sidewalk network and provide transportation choices for people. The sidewalks will be installed on City property.

After the project is complete, property owners are required to:

• Clear sidewalks within 24 hours from the time it stops snowing. 
• Maintain the parkway. The parkway is the area between the sidewalks and road.

Project Limits
