This request would increase the residential entitlement on the site, allowing for more housing units. Proposed zoning conditions also allow for the creation of affordable units, in addition to offering a cross access pedestrian path connecting the nearby shopping center west of the site.  

    • Existing Zoning: R-4-CU w/FWPOD & w/SHOD-1 

    • The existing zoning is Residential Use – 4, Conditional Use with Falls Watershed Protection Overlay District and Special Highway Overlay District -1 (R-4-CU w/FWPOD & w/SHOD-1).
