This request would increase the residential entitlement on the site, allowing for more housing units. Proposed zoning conditions prohibit apartments, boarding houses, bed & breakfasts, hospitality houses, outdoor sports or entertainment facilities and limit the number of units in each townhome building.

  • Proposed Zoning: R-10-CU w/SHOD-1
