Project Description: Expansion and change in character of a Nonconformity to rebuild a nonconforming cabin that was destroyed in a fire at a larger square footage (1,008 square feet) and to convert the cabin to a single-unit residence. Two other cabins exist on the property. Additionally, the new residence is approved (File No. 26-PRE0442) to be at least 12 feet from the north property line and a 42 feet from Highway 14, which will reduce the degree of nonconformity from the previous location
