The request is for a text change to zoning conditions. Proposed conditions change prohibited uses, remove the requirement for a Traffic Impact Analysis at the time of Site Plan Approval, update the parcels identified for landscape and lighting buffering requirements, remove the limit on retail and non-retail hours of operation, and update parcel identification information for the signage and outdoor amplification plans.
