Flint River Gateway Trails
Flint River Gateway Trails
ARC is facilitating the creation of the vision for the Flint River Gateway Trails, which will connect Clayton County and the “Tri-Cities” area of College Park, East Point, and Hapeville. The 31-mile trail network follows the Flint River and surrounding areas and will offer residents greater access to jobs, recreation, and critical services.
Through U.S. Department of Transportation's Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods program, the ARC has received $64.9 million in funding for planning and construction of the trail system.
For more details about the project, see the Flint River Gateway Trails page on the ARC site. To receive updates as the project moves forward, please fill out the below survey to be added to the mailing list.
