This request would prohibit all residential uses; prohibit civic uses not otherwise listed in UDO Section 6.1.4; and prohibit a variety of uses otherwise permitted, limited, or special uses in the CX district. It would also prohibit on-site parking between Spring Forest Road and the building nearest to Spring Forest Road, and prohibit on-site parking between Atlantic Avenue and the building nearest to Atlantic Avenue. The request would allow for low- and medium-profile ground signs on site.
Existing Zoning: CX-3-CU & CX-3-PL-CU
The existing zoning is Commercial Mixed Use-3 Stories with zoning conditions (CX-3-CU) and Commercial Mixed Use-3 Stories, parking limited frontage, and zoning conditions (CX-3-PL-CU).
