This is a proposed text amendment to Sections 7-11-2(c)1 and 7-11-2(c)4
The amendment will remove the requirement that new residential land development provide a minimum number of parking spaces within certain zoning districts to remove regulatory barriers and encourage the development of housing along transit-supportive corridors.
