The Asheville City Council will be holding an in-person worksession on January 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber,  located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall in order to hear (1) an engagement summary for the French Broad River Park and Azalea Park Recovery Projects; and (2) a budget and financial update.

 

How to Participate Remotely

To accommodate those who do not yet feel secure attending in person, or those whose are precluded from attending because of schedules or other personal factors, City Council will continue to engage with those members of our community using the following options for participation:

  1. The live meeting will be streamed on the City's YouTube Channel which can be accessed through the YouTube icon on the front page of the City's website or via the livestream at the bottom of this page.
  2. You may listen to the meeting through via phone (855-925-2801, meeting code 3001).
  3. Finally, the public can communicate with the Council by emailing them directly at any time - ashevillenccouncil@ashevillenc.gov.
