The request would rezone 6.11 acres along Louisburg Road from Residential Mixed Use-3 Stories- Conditional Use (RX-3-CU) and Neighborhood Mixed Use-3 Stories- Parkway Frontage (NX-3-PK) to Commercial Mixed Use-3 Stories-Parkway Frontage-Conditional Use (MX-3-PK-CU) to allow for a larger commercial development. Proposed conditions would prohibit cemetery and parking facility uses.
