The Salem Church Road Pedestrian Improvements project will investigate potential pedestrian improvements between SR 4 and Elm Drive. The study will evaluate crossings, shared-use paths, sidewalks, and other pedestrian and multi-modal elements on the corridor. This TAP project is sponsored by The Islamic Society of Delaware (ISD) and has Delaware Saengerbund and Library Association (DSB) and New Castle County Land Use as co-sponsors.
