Arlington County Manager’s Office and Department of Human Services (DHS) are hosting a Resource Fair for Interfaith Leaders focused on Social Safety Net Services on September 9 from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. This theme emerged as an area of interest among faith leaders at previous interfaith convenings. This event is open to Arlington faith leaders, staff, volunteers, and congregants.

This Resource Fair will feature several key DHS programs that serve communities in need, such as food and housing security and health services. We also plan to invite community organizations that serve Arlington residents as part of the social safety net. This will serve as an opportunity to connect with DHS staff and convene with other faith leaders. Throughout the resource fair, we plan to host small group conversation with one another to identify how to work together to identify gaps and move this work forward.

To help us estimate how many people will attend and tailor our resource fair and small group conversations, we are asking you to take a few minutes to complete this form.

If you have questions, reach out to Bianca Sanchez-Koehler at bdsanchez-koehler@arlingtonva.us or 703-228-5945.

Thank you for your time and input.
