Heritage Oaks Concept 1: Western Connectivity

Focuses on improving connectivity and activating the western portion of the park while maintaining its natural character.

Highlights:

  • Shortens the looped path to expand the existing field for more flexible use.
  • Expands the meadow to act as a buffer around the park.
  • Adds additional trails, entrances and boulder crossing into the pond area to encourage greater activation of the west part of the park.
  • Relocates existing picnic tables from the field 
  • Establishes a primary entrance on Windoak Drive
