This request would continue to allow for a range of commercial and residential uses at a maximum height of 3 stories. Specifically, the request seeks to amend the existing zoning conditions (adopted January 2024). Proposed conditions would set a maximum of 5,000 square feet for any individual retail space, limit height to 45 feet, limit access to one access on Louisbury Road, specify dumpster location and screening, require full cutoff design for external lighting, and prohibit some uses that are otherwise allowed in CX.
