Help Shape the Future of Scooter Parking in Raleigh
Help Shape the Future of Scooter Parking in Raleigh
Last month, the City of Raleigh completed upgrades to 13 scooter parking corrals along the Glenwood South Corridor. These improvements included colorful pavement markings, new signage, added bike racks in some locations, and other features to help keep sidewalks clear and make parking more predictable.
The City is also using new tools to support better scooter parking citywide:
- A reporting tool through SeeClickFix (launched February 2025), where residents can report improperly parked scooters directly to the operators. Report by going here: SeeClickFix
- A citywide parking fine policy (launched January 2025), which issues warnings and fines for riders who repeatedly park scooters incorrectly.
We welcome your feedback on what’s been implemented so far and what you'd like to see in the future. This survey will help us understand what’s working, what could be improved, and what ideas you have as we consider expanding scooter parking corrals in other areas of the city.
This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete and will be open through Friday, May 16, 2025.
