Upper Bluemont Project Final Engagement

The Upper Bluemont Tennis Project is moving forward.  We’re excited to share our progress and what’s next.    

As a refresher, this Parks Maintenance Capital project will include: 

• Tennis courts (9) and its lighting
• Auxiliary Building
  • Restrooms
  • Picnic Shelter
  • Ranger Station
• Parking lot
• Stormwater management and landscaping
• Site circulation and ADA improvements
  • Section of Four Mile Run Trail repaved
• Site furnishings
